Privacy policy

RV Envy operates this storefront on behalf of Convenience RV. This storefront is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any dealership whose inventory appears here; dealership references identify inventory sources only.

Information you provide

When you submit a form, create an account, save an RV, or request alerts, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shopping preferences, and the details of your request.

How your information is used

Your information is used to operate the storefront, remember your shopping activity, send requested alerts, and route your request to the storefront owner and, when appropriate, a partner dealership.

Platform providers

RV Envy LLC provides and operates the website, customer communication, analytics, and inventory technology used by this storefront. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver those functions or as required by law.

Optional credit services

If this storefront offers a prequalification or credit application, the requesting dealer is identified in the form and the service requires separate disclosures and authorization. Sensitive application values pass through RV Envy's isolated credit gateway to the approved credit provider instead of being stored in ordinary CRM, analytics, advertising, or AI systems. The storefront may retain limited consent, transaction status, provider-reference, broad-tier, and report-access audit records. Direct consumer-report questions or disputes first to the dealer's finance team. RV Envy is the technology service provider and does not make or correct credit decisions.
